does anyone else have sexual ocd?? I have constant sexual intrusive thoughts that completely take over my body and mind. plus, im fighting porn addiction and masturbation is one of my compulsions. I would love to talk to someone who is also going through this.
i definitely have random sexual intrusive thoughts, idk if i'm on the same page as your compulsions you're explaining but i have had the intrusive thoughts. and sometimes or half the time it's people i don't want to think like that about, i've read it's common in people who experienced sexual trauma esp in childhood and i have too, so idk if you have but it could help you relieve a bit of the guilt you feel for having these compulsions to know it can be a trauma response sometimes, again idk if that's your case but just thought it might be helpful
I don’t have sexual OCD but I do have intrusive OCD thoughts that are really disturbing so I feel you on this one. What I do is I just acknowledge it’s there and let it go without giving it anymore attention
