i’m sorry that that’s happened to you! definitely reach out to a guidance counselor or principal about that! you can feel emotionally numb because you’ve exerted so much emotion during ur anxiety attacks. i usually get really tired after my anxiety attacks
I'm so sorry you were treated that way. I would make sure the principal, and teachers know that you have anxiety attacks, and how to help you when you do. My son is autistic and he has iep. It really helps.
