struggling with taking my meds. the side effects make me zombie like most of the time. so I skip a day or two here and there just to feel free. I hate the meds would rather not take them but others keep me pressured to keep taking them. it's not like the meds help 100% it's more like 55%-60% so really I still live in hell 40%-45-% of the time. I enjoy life without meds but never turns out well
