Today I'm starting my new journey of trying to fix my anxiety and depression. I did some journaling, bible study, reading, did some dishes, had good Breakfast, and now I'm having water.

Wish I could do that. All I can do is distract my brain. Go to my happy place in my house and play video games or watch YouTube

Sounds great, good for you! Keeping a morning routine and doing something for myself is super helpful for me to, when I succeed in sticking to it for a while! I find that if I get myself to do something for a whole month it really becomes a habit and makes all the difference

That is awesome! I started my journey about a month ago. I meditate with an app called One Giant Mind, and it’s amazing how it calms me down, no matter what is going on in my life. I take walks in nature. I’ve been plant-based for about 9 months now. I journal each morning, 3 random “morning pages,” as soon as I wake up. I try to write down what I’m grateful for daily. I can feel that these things are helping greatly. All those little wins really can add up to a better life!

Sounds like you read about mindfulness which is the basic human ability to be fully present. My therapist introduced this method to me and it has changed my life and improved my anxiety problem. I recommend it a lot🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼
