hey, new to this app. need help with insomnia. it's interfering with my ability to get to places on time and I really need my full mental capacity with difficult college classes. I think the insomnia is caused by anxiety from PTSD and chronic neck pain from a separate issue. if anyone has dealt with either of those I'd appreciate advice.

      Magnesium can help, and anything with l-theanine in it. I get these sleep gummies off of herb pro that have l-theanine in them, they work really well for me. They tend to give you weird dreams though.
