I get it. I've been at rock bottom again for the past two weeks. The thoughts come daily for me but I press on for the simple fact that I haven't completed my goals. 1,5 and 10 year goals have kept me alive. I over lap them so I will always have something to work towards. I hope you climb back out of dark soon.
