    I like listening to ASMR because the tingles immediately stop all trains of thought. There's also that audio clip of the Korn/Owl City mashup that seems to help a lot of people slow down too

    I sometimes listen to podcasts mostly about stories or playlists of soft music. Helps me go to sleep and I’ve always slept like that ever since.

    I get this big time. I have very severe insomnia and find that all that time awake and alone makes things worse. Especially because sleep is my only break from my mind and body. I'm unsure what your time zone is, but feel free to message me if you need a distraction or want to talk.
