Gabapentin not working anymore, anyone else?

I've heard its easy to build a tolerance to it so upping dosage or switching dosages and/or medications all together for a brief period may also help. I started at 100 mg 2x a day and now I'm at 300 mg 4x a day two yrs later

Have been on it for 27 years..still working for me...

😥tbh I always have to take extra cuz it wears off and I feel shaky and tired tired without it
