Bilateral Surgery for Carpal Tunnel: Opinions?

Depending on your lifestyle and what you do for work, I would probably suggest doing only 1 hand at a time. You're only allowed to lift up to 1 pound for several weeks after surgery, so doing both hands at once would probably make life pretty difficult.

I had surgery for my carpal tunnel syndrome, and it worked great!
