My fatigue is essentially causing a lot of problems, especially with work, caring for my home, and properly caring for my two children (whom are under the age of two) has anyone else dealt with fatigue this intense and persistent? does this mean that this is progressing? my mental health is already bad this is not helping at allš« thanks for reading and input if you give any.
