currently I'm struggling with tactile hallucinations and I'm dissociating really hard like I'm having that feeling that I'm not real and every thing is a simulation and its all pointless and I'm just nervous when i get like this because i do t know what it means, and i have told absolutely no one about this

You're not alone purplepancakes. I'm going through it too. I feel like it is spiritually related also.

oh I heavily relate to this. I wouldn't say it's that far of a reach to pin those symptoms on BPD, since us borderlines can experience psychosis/psychotic-like symptoms when very stressed. I've read that it's actually quite common. of course I'd recommend bringing it up to a professional if you have one to talk to, but I also very much understand if you don't think you can/aren't comfortable. I haven't brought those specific episodes up to any professional yet myself. after it ends I always think whatever happened wasn't as bad as I was making it out to be, so I dismiss it entirely until it happens again, and the cycle repeats.
