My stupid little brain hating myself and not wanting itself to get better and forgoing calling my meds in for a week led myself to this point. If I wasn't such so dumb we'd be fine and dandy, but no. I had to argue with my boyfriend, get self conscious about scratching myself as punishment and sweat in thick clothing so he doesn't see. I wish I could just stop being useless all the time.
