How do you deal with the gnawing feeling you get sometimes? It's getting too hot out to go for a walk and work it out that way ;-;

      I close my eyes and just sit there for as long as I can. It's powerful to sit in between sleeping and being awake. It's been said where your brain has most activity and helps 'mindfulness' I don't really know what that means but you don't have to. It calms me and helps boost my creativity to a point where I'm usually slightly recharged after. You could always bring an ice pack on your walk though :)
