I generally have no issues with being alone. I loved being alone for a while. but since I started to do more active stuff I can't stand being alone. I need suggestions about what that might be about. am I just getting separation anxiety?
Sounds like you've expanded your social butterfly jar. I call how much i can handle people a day my social butterfly jar 🤣. I used to have a big jar that needed to constantly be filled, but I filled it with the wrong stuff (bad relationships/bad people).
You're probably going to find that some days you need more social interaction than others...and that's fine. That's how much you can handle a day. I've found that when you can recognize your social need that anxiety lessens a lot.
Also, you don't need a group of people to fill that need either. One or two close people can easily fill up your tank quicker/longer than a group of strangers.
Overall, it sounds like you're growing mentally and in a good direction. Don't become too dependent on others, though. You need to be able to still be independent to a degree for your happiness and wellbeing.
Hope this helps!
