Need help wrapping sore on thigh

I use boil ease when it's fevered but not wanting to drain. It has a numbing agent that helps relieve the pain of swelling and helps it to drain faster. It stays on all day, I use it especially when I have to work that day.

I get flare ups on my inner thigh sometimes. The best thing I found are antibacterial bandages from CVS. If you'd like I can send you a link to check them out. Worth it for the bad drainage days.
