Water is really the only constant I've been able to keep up with. Everything else is in the air.
I always wake up and look through my msgs, then take a cold shower then a light workout then after I eat some breakfast
I do all that but the workout and breakfast
i turn on my lights and hide under the covers for a couple mins lol
Peppermint essential oil and a dog walk. My depression often makes it difficult to get out of bed in the morning, but I’ve found a routine in the morning helps make it more manageable to get up (still hard, sometimes a big fight on certain days, but it does help)
