      You can try taking the RAADS-R test online and look at the symptoms through reliable sources as well as symptom comparison with the mental health conditions you already have to see if there's any symptoms you have that stands out and go to a doctor. Worst case scenario you're wrong and get diagnosed with something else or you learn something new about a condition that you already have, then you can at least look for help in symptom management.

      I'm currently waiting for an assessment, I spoke to my doctor about it and she referred me.. I just had to fill in a questionnaire and we went from there.

          @catlover55 you don't need to be scared. Your doctor is supposed to help you. You could try looking for a psychologist on your own, but things will be harder without a referral
