Can't Eat Red Meat Anymore, Help!

I gave up meat two years ago because I realized that my body couldn't process it. It caused so much pain, cramping and bloating. I can and do eat fish and seafood though and it is gentle on my stomach. My daughter is eating the same as me and she feels so much better too!

I don't like fish either I eat alot of chicken meat.

meat in general messes me up BADDDDDD. all except fish, which i don't particularly care for. 😭

I experienced issues after eating ground beef or steaks. I haven't given up steaks but I've lessened the amount greatly.

I notice when I eat red meat it is harder to digest so I mainly eat chicken if anything

Red meat is a killer for me as well.😫

It helped my IBS to avoid red meat actually. Have you considered the FODmap diet? It's great for IBS
