today was a mix for tiredness and being hyper. for the longest time people would say ADHD is a disadvantage and a hindrance, but I don't see it that way. the bursts of energy help me get stuff done and my tiredness helps would I need to slow down and relax.

For many people it *is* a hinderance though. When I was on medication for it things got so much better and I felt so much more in control of what I do and my actions, without that intense resistance and boredom and jumping around to different things. I had to get off it due to a medical condition (it was affecting my heart) and the difference is night and day, I'd be able to do so much more, and more effectively, if I never had adhd

@hazyeclipse true, some days I forget I have ADHD. Other days I'm bouncing off walls with loads for energy that came from no where. I think that it's more along the lines for who you are and how your life is currently. ADHD has always been a day to day thing, at least for me.
