I keep having trauma related dreams. I wake up exhausted and anxious and I feel hopeless. the dreams keep coming and I hate it. Even in my dreaming state I can escape them. I hate this life.

i have dreams like this too, the best way to deal with them i have found is as soon as you wake up write what happened down and see if you can see if they were any triggers and write down every time it happens
