      I just went through this same thing this weekend. My best friend of 25 years got married and by the end of the night I was running negative in my “social/extrovert reserve tank”. You’ll get through it gracefully I promise.

      I'm going on day 8 of a depressive episode and I have to force myself to leave my house when needed. Or even speak to people , take medicine,eat ect. Your not alone ❤️

      I feel that so much. I have my best friend's wedding coming up and whole I'm excited to see everyone....I'm dreading it at the same time.
