Sorry for taking so long to respond. I've been trying to deal with anniversary nightmares and triggers. I understand how you feel. My flashbacks and body memories are as vivid today as when I was experiencing the abuse on person. I know my sources, just can't heal from the remaining triggers even though I have healed from 21 triggers.
