Very new to lupus. I feel like my insides and my skin are always warm to - on fire šŸ”„. Is it just me, or is this normal in the beginning? I used to love the sun on my skin, now it makes me nauseous and over heated. I'm by no means a sun worshiper, however a day or two a month in the sun I could soak up. I will really miss that if this is my new reality šŸ˜¢!!

I feel pins and needles when Iā€™m in the sun. Iā€™ve started to get rashes, but Iā€™m not going to totally stay out of the sun. Iā€™ve changed my diet Samā€™s Iā€™m taking the plaquenil. Iā€™m going to see what happens. I understand how you feel.
