Fear of Death and Loss

When this happens to me I know it’s time to make a big change, is there something you can cut off/remove from your life so that you get relief? Is it time to end some relationship or quit that job or move to another city? If you feeling this hopeless you just have to understand that since you don’t know what is going to happen next, anything could happen, including something good. Anything could happen! Yeah most things that happen are bad, but not everything is going to be bad forever.

I was in the same boat a few years ago. I wanted to die but I was so scared to die. I became atheist shortly before that and stopped believing in an afterlife or even a meaning to life at all. I watched several documentaries on death and then I ended up taking LSD with a friend and saw a whole new perspective on life, death, and what comes after. I’m not suggesting you try psychedelics, but perspectives are everything. If you need to talk message anytime ❤️
