      @Lindquist I don't think they are connected because I had depression and anxiety years before the tremors. I have noticed anxiety makes them worse but no other noticeable connection

      Hi I am Cindy I have ET and I take Gabapentin for my tremors. I also use massagers , heavy blanket. My ET is in my lower jaw lip legs sometimes hard to keep my balance started 2018. Tried beta blocker made me dizzy

        @BossLady I take 10mg of propranolol. The doctor is slowly upgrading the dosage to test the side effects

      I have been dealing with anxiety and depression since I was 17 and tremors for the same amount of time. Do you believe that they are connected?

      I've been dealing with depression and anxiety since 7th grade it got worse when all my supposed friends said they didn't want anything to do with me because I'm weird and don't talk much. The tremors randomly started back in March with no reason being found yet
