      Sweet pea you have no idea how special you are. I don't even know you honey but I'm working with management to see if we can all meet on zoom or something. Interaction with others who can relate helps ease the process. Hang in there... Tbc

        @tinysas put on a comfort show or movie. Un-tighten your shoulders and put on a cold face mask. Let your brain shut off and just focus on something comforting like the show or a book, music if that’s what your prefer. Unfollowing negative media on socials like news pages or people who are just constantly negative can take a real toll on you. Fill up your pages with positive people and motivational accounts.
