Having a journal where u can write down how u feel and what ur experiencing can help alot to and see the patterns and next time u have one u know what's causing it, also staying g away from cafinated drinks like coffee and soda make the episodes happen less frequently

Be very careful with therapy. It can make it worse in more ways than one

For me, routine, scheduling (kind of loosely, like goals that I don’t always complete but keeps me on a good track), trying to get a sleep schedule (for me, my body does not naturally get tired into about midnight, so that’s when I take my meds which put me to sleep. Time doesn’t matter as much as sleep itself), building relationships with people you love and trust (I go for quality over quantity 100%), therapy helps me, too. A lot of it is just lifestyle. The rest is coping skills which I go to therapy for help with. Also, don’t bottle things up.
