Help with Menstrual Issues and Unhelpful Doctors

hi I'm new to this app, I'm looking for help cuz my Dr's are fobbing me off, my periods have always been predictable and the same 28 day cycle and 3-4 days light-medium bleeding, in November last year my period came early and it was just spotting for 4 days then it took a turn and was really heavy I had to change a pad and tampon every hour cuz they were both full then after 6 days of that it was 2 days of spotting again, the bleeding was then replaced by a constant pain across my lower back and in my pelvic area and like a pulsing pain in my right lower abdomen, I've had other pains and symptoms come and go in-between and found 2 small 1cm lumps 1 in my neck and 1 above my jaw both movable and painless, I've been hospital they referred me to gynaecology and I've seen them they found an ovarian cyst on my left side but said that's not what's causing the pain in my right, they did blood tests which came back normal and a urine sample which was normal, pregnancy test came back negative and its not my appendix, they referred me back to my gp to pin point the problem and are seeing me again in Feb to check the cyst, my gp however is just giving me cocodamol and naproxen which don't work and sick notes, he's not interested in helping and when I saw a 5th year med student at my Dr's she was concerned but the gp disregarded everything she said and wanted to do, anyone else experiencing anything like this and can help me to pin point who I need to see to get the right help
