Lyrics helps with the insomnia. I sleep a little better. Pain is 24/7 varies in intensity, usually moderate, frequently severe. Massage therapy helps. I go at least once a month. If the pain is intense I try to go for massage if I can afford it. Massage is the only thing that really helps. I joined a gym with a jacuzzi and am going to see if jacuzzi helps.

I feel like I’ve tried everything, and nothing really works anymore. I get very depressed, but I get up and keep going. I have to.

Well, with me I take Lyrica, joint supplements, nerve repair supplements, and an Omega-3 fatty acid

honestly i’m working on that myself lol. for the fatigue, monster energy. and talking to people close to me so they can help me pace myself/give me a hand when i need it. but mostly caffeine and sleeping pills at night lol. for the pain i use a mobility aid when necessary and advil. i’m my way to getting pain meds! but for now i do yoga in the mornings to test what my major pain points will be and to stretch out whatever i managed to hurt in the night. hot showers and epsom salt baths seem to help a lot with the muscle pain, and aspercreme w/ lidocaine sticks are life savers for pain points :)

I was diagnosed as a minor and was not allowed to be prescribed medication - It was not intended or really tested in minors. I was told to just deal with it. So, I do that. I’ve read that the side effects of these fibromyalgia meds can do more harm anyways. I try to rest a lot - as I also have been diagnosed with chronic fatigue syndrome). I believe rheumatologists tend to be useless when it comes to fibromyalgia and/or rheumatoid arthritis. They are clueless. I wish I had more helpful advice for us all.
