i think i went through derealization for a few months bc not felt right and i was so scared id feel like that forever bc those few months felt like an entire year. i had to get rid of clothes i wore during that time bc i was scared to touch them thinking that itd put me in that state again if that makes sense.

@wagondepot i heard voices at the time and i was happy in a way talking to them but my ocd was spiraling so bad and i didnt feel normal . i didnt like looking at pictures from that time and i couldnt listen to albums or music i heard during it too, witch really sucked lol. i think i recently got comfortable listening to those songs again but it took me like 5 years
