      @Girlmom0709 I know it's so hard plus I'm in management and have to try to stay professional. I really hate the type of work I have to do. I wish I could be just a normal worker and still be able to pay bills

      New jobs are stressful enough but when you already suffer from anxiety it is sooooo much harder. Use whatever helps calm you. I would usually put a smooth gem/rock in my pocket and rub it when anxious.
