I did therapy and now come to terms with it. Learned to be my own advocate with drs

I think instant was tears and depression but shorty after I made comedy out of it. If I couldn't laugh at everything I was going through, I don't know what I would have done.

drank excessively. i really don’t recommend this; remember that you have people that love you and a support network. this is hard, but it isn’t the end of the world.

It is almost like you are trying to find yourself again. Take it easy and the times where it feels frustrating just know it will pass. There's people out there who will support you! It isn't easy but speaking about how you feel and not letting depression swarm you is the best way to go. ❤️

crying. lord, lots of crying. and then that crying sent me into a seizure. i had about 6 seizures before I sought medical help. when I was diagnosed, it was kinda a relief. an explanation to what I was experiencing. I wasn't crazy and it helped me realize there's something and someone out there that can help me.

Lots of tears and just allowing yourself to feel whatever comes up. It can be a really scary place to be, but it does get easier. You learn to accept it, but not allow it to control you.

I will admit, I cried and fell into a deep depression. But, after 10+, you eventually learn to understand it's apart of you. You'll come to terms with it.
