I feel so stupid I keep doing this thing where I don't want to eat just because I don't want to have to wash a dish and then I'm so stubborn about it that I'll keep going until I start feeling dizzy. then I contact my boyfriend and he makes me eat why do I keep doing this.

I totally get what you're feeling. Sometimes people feel like I'm on a OMAD diet but really I'm just not motivated enough to do all the tasks required before and after to make food (or any other healthy task for that matter). I have ADHD as well as autism and lists really do help me a lot. The best tool in my arsenal is to make a list of every single thing I have to accomplish to do this task no matter how tedious. They start to look like smaller tasks, somehow less intimidating and you feel accomplished every time you make some progress. That and maybe looking into medication might help. If it's really that bad to where you put your health at a serious risk, you may need to talk to a health professional.

As much as I would rather cook at home and not waste money and packaging, I often struggle to do so. I've learned overtime not to fight too hard, and to just accept that sometimes the bet way to take care of myself is to order delivery or buy prepared food in disposable containers.

@sebi No problem. So basically just pretend to be a Sim character, fill up your task queue and that should do the trick lol!
