hey, I'm a bit younger then most people on this app, just a heads up. I'm stuck in an abusive household and I'm not sure what to do. my parents expect me to act like I'm twice my age, and if I don't I'm screamed at or hit. do any of y'all have advice?

Do you have an adult in your life that you trust? A teacher, guidance counselor, coach, anyone like that in your life? Definitely go to them and let them know you are being abused. Even if you have to reach out to CPS yourself, reaching out to someone outside of your family is the best way of getting out of this situation. Hitting your child is never okay and I’m sorry you have had that experience. If you want to talk about it my DMs are always open

I don't really have any healthy advice because I just tried to endure it until I was able to move out. But then I just ended up moving into another abusive household. Now I live alone with my boyfriend/fiance but the house is owned by his family and it's the same situation. If you're old enough to leave and able to get a job or make some money, do that and find a hotel or inn to stay at for a while or you could even live in your car. Then once you built up credit and save enough money you can get a house or apartment. My bf and I plan on getting a camper van and traveling the country with our two golden retrievers and two cats.

Do you have any way to get out?

@Irelan And, sadly as I must ask, do u have evidence? Of abuse. I believe you, but authorities or anyone else needs it to do anything.
