So I assume it's from my adhd- (if not whoops!) I blurt things out a lot and end up embarrassing myself in the process or interrupting others in conversations. I hate it so much like why can't I be normal and polite. I can't focus on anything important. I get passionate and obsessive about something for a while before dropping it. and I feel so different from others half the time, I don't really know what to do about it. anyways do some of you know how to not be embarrassing š and have better self control? thanks in advance. ā¤

Well, normally my medicine helps me stay calm but I always bring a fidget to my not safe zones, or where their might be many people because I have social anxiety. I try to keep my mouth shut when a question is unneeded but most of the time I blurt things I already know the answer to. I haven't got a lot of ideas but music does help me, so maybe something instrumental in a Bluetooth earpiece or something that won't be to distracting may help.
