It's been really hard lately. I have been off all my meds for almost 2 months. I had to stop because I am expecting! I'm really excited but I'm still freaking out. It's hard when nobody understands

I also have PTSD so a lot of my anxiety was real at some point in my life. I've been in therapy for 3 years now still working through things :(

I feel for you. I am grateful for daily meds. They help regulate what is going on in my brain and stabilizes me. When I’m anxious, it’s much harder to enjoy life.

I stopped taking my meds by choice over a year ago. I take milk thistle ( a supplement) now. It's amazing, with no side effects. I only take one, because I'm super sensitive to medication. I found doing a grounding activity like coloring, helps me think things through. All anxiety is, is fear. That's it. What are you afraid of. Is it real or imagined

That's go to be rough, I stopped my medication by choice a few weeks ago until I realized it was acyually helping. Have you talked to your doctors about alternatives to help you though? I know doing relaxing activities (maybe meditation, yoga, breathing exercises) can help ease the mind a little.
