does anyone else in a relationship ever go through those emotions where anything your partner does like, it doesnt disgust me, that's too strong of a word, but it gives me like the "ick" and even though we're going on 2 years and i love them dearly there are some spans of time where i want to breakup and have to talk myself out of it? i dont want to explain this to them because i know it will hurt them and they're not doing anything wrong, but i really wanna know if im alone in feeling like this :(

I feel like what you're feeling is totally normal. I've been married for 10 years and there are days my husband drives me crazy, every little thing he does just makes me wanna scream. I don't go as far to think about leaving, so maybe there is something there, but I do have to put some space between him and myself on those days.

I feel like its pretty normal to find things about your partner really irritating or just annoying, I used to think that was immediately a red flag but after a while I realized that I was expecting my partner to be prince charming without realizing that I definitely had some "red flags" about me too and that everyone is a little flawed. It never hurts to talk to your partner about something they do that annoys you cuz usually they'll go oh I didn't even know I was doing that, just always say it with kindness and remind them that you love them šŸ„°

I was in a 7 year relationship and ended it when I realized I no longer liked them at all. I still loved them sure, but when I got home and they were there, I hated it.

Me and my boyfriend have been together for 1 year and we have our ups and downs. There are many times that I have just wanted to cut and run. But I stay because I love him it is not his fault that I have a mental illness. Sometimes if you talk about it with him it could help. Good luck
