    For me a main trigger that took a long time to figure out was sodium. Also it helped to think of my migraine threshold as a rolling three day average. I might be able to get away with messing up on a thing or two one day, but if I wasn't good for a day or two after I was in trouble.

    For me it's dehydration, and once I get it, no matter how much water I drink, I can't get rid of it

      Water with Electrolytes should help with dehydration. I just use Pedialyte or Gatorade
