I'm in the same boat especially hearing people's opinions about it but I know it would help I feel it really depends on where I am / who I'm living with I currently live alone and have just began exploring it but when I stayed with my ex I wouldn't have been comfortable enough to

I have sle and kind of? I have to be very childlike in the way I live to have any kind of happiness as I’m so trapped and rely so much on other people and basically have to relearn how to live so I kind of accept that I’m back to toddler age in life progress and so regress in that way, like finding happiness in colouring when I can and dinosaur cookies lol and eating how babies are trained to eat as I have to relearn how to eat and it just makes being sick less depressing for me to kind of pretend I’m just a kid instead
