I can feel my mental health declining along side my physical and it sucks. I want to talk about it with my loved ones...they always listen but they have a lot going on right now and I feel I shouldn't add my issues to theirs that I need to listen and be there for them more....but I can't help but think what about yourself.

I'm dealing with something similar and I'm so sorry. You really should talk to someone about how you are feeling. Your feelings are worth it. Even if they are dealing with stuff. You can still always be there for them while also taking care of yourself. And they will be happy you told them I'm sure. I hope the best for you ❤️

One reply suggests: "I tell those I love I'm going through a difficult time and will probably isolate myself while not purposely trying to push them away. I believe it's important to have support from those you love and let them know how you are truly feeling."
