I realized recently that I have an anxious personality style and I really fear what I don't know. that is affecting my body greatly. and my fibromyalgia is activated. it causes me to have more fibromyalgia symptoms than normal. I feel like I have to find out what kind of emotional training I need in order to manage my mind so that my body won't being pain all of the time. does anyone know of any emotionally strengthening programs?
