Okay then, so I have lost a sweet little tiny baby girl in August of 2020, and then my Mom has also passed away in August of 20th as well... and I have been absolutely so so so very depressed since all of that type of thing has happened with me.. does anyone on here have any suggestions for me on what to do with myself or something like that?

Grief is a process. The pain dulls but doesn't ever go away completely. Talking to people here or in a grief counseling setting can help you understand that you are not alone and what you are feeling is normal. If if the depression starts to interfere with life - family relationships start to suffer, personal self-care drops off, work performance / attendance decreases, then you may want to look for professional support from a grief counselor or other mental health professional.

as FiberArtist pointed out, there are most likely resources local to you that are best able to handle your specific needs. If you need help locating them, let me know in a direct message. This app is good for hearing the life stories of others similar to your own, and knowing you're not alone or unique in your pain is really helpful. That said, I'm not sure you will get the amount or depth of support you need or want here. You can use the search tool to find other posts related to grief and loss.

@JayNJ I looked in profile setting and did not see anyway to include grief or loss of a child as a condition or event, Lizzy.

I have three babies in heaven so I get your pain. Grief is a journey, it doesn't get easier we just get better at handling it. Do a Google search for grief or trauma counseling in your area. There are even options now for video call therapy if the would be easier. Be gentle with yourself. Take care of you.

Thanks for your response... I really and truly do appreciate your time with me! And then, you know what? I'm gonna do all of that type of stuff as well... where do I need to go to on here for some type of grief counseling?
