Get alcohol pads and take a really big sniff or like peppermint essential oil. it smells horrible but I helps a lot with nausea. I learned that in residential

yes!! I get nauseous from not eating and the only solution is, of course, eating, but the nausea drives me away because i’m scared i’ll throw it back up.

All the time though it’s more because I have chronic pancreatitis. I find it helps to eat in small amounts and then build up to more regular meals. That and Pepto Bismol. And if it won’t get any better, maybe see if a doctor could provide you medication. I’ve taken many antacids and am currently on famotidine (Pepcid over the counter) and it’s a lifesaver.

yeah, i would want to eat but because i hadn't ate in a while, it would make me nauseous. then that nausea wouldn't let me eat. pretty sure it has something to do with blood sugar.

I use to. It happens when I'm depressed or anxious or stressed
