I bought a little clicker. it's designed to help count your stitches while crocheting. but it attaches to your finger and I'm going to click it once every time I get happy in my day. hopeful this will help me look out for things that make me happy, and just be more conscious about my happiness. It doesn't make a sound so I don't get that pavlovian response but I might buy one off Amazon that does click. just trying something new I guess.
