      @EmzPow I pushed myself and that was a mistake. Now my mental therapist think I can go back to sitting while working when that aggravated it in the first place lol What treatment are you in? Going to start pool therapy this week

      They're all so cruel, and treatment just isn't helping šŸ˜“. I can barely manage 9 hours a week and it's not exactly a different 9 hours either... I'm too afraid to push myself too far to in case I just make it worse and I won't be able to do what I'm doing now šŸ˜„

      Same here I was working 17 hour a week now I canā€™t work anymore with this pain itā€™s unbearable.
