You’re not alone…it helps to have people you can share your struggles with, even if it’s online in a forum like this. I’ve been diagnosed with depression, anxiety/panic disorder and CPTSD.

You are not alone, I have struggled so so hard with these things and I’ve been learning over the years how to navigate it. Accepting it all as a part of you is really difficult and digging out of the depths can’t seem impossible but you are stronger than it. You can learn how to navigate it, don’t give up on yourself and know that you’re not alone. Sending gentle hugs love comfort and healing your way

I believe I have all 3 but I haven't officially gone to the doctors for 2. I tried antidepressants, it's just not for me. You are not alone💕

I think for me, realizing that I need to create a safe place for myself is key. The world is a scary place and it's no wonder so many of us suffer in dealing with what's visible in the world. I try to let my "light" guide me instead of the depressing things that are happening externally. ... "A ship sinks not because of what it's surrounded by, but rather of what gets inside." Or something like that. 🤍
