I get SO pissed off sometimes, and it's not a reasonable level of irritation based on whatever is going on. I logically know that I'm overreacting but emotionally I just want to f****ng break everything. I can usually calm myself down pretty quickly, but until I do calm down I am miserable and pissed off and my thoughts just spiral and everything turns into a catastrophe internally. It's harder to bounce back out of it every time. Does anyone else deal with this? How do you cope or calm it down?

@DaOnewitBPD THIS exactly. My logical side sees what's going on and knows that I am not being rational, but the logical side is completely useless, the emotional crazy b**ch side is just in full control

The absolute worse part of BPD for me is when I can realize that I'm being crazy or irrational but I cant stop it. I just feel like I'm stuck inside a burning building looking out a window.

@laceyandme I've never taken lithium, I don't know if it would help me.. I need to get in to see a proper psychiatrist. It's just hard to make that happen, I have to go to a walk in clinic and be there for 2+ hours to get started with a Dr and it's an hour away from here. Weird hours and I'll have to miss basically a whole day of work for it šŸ™ƒ
