ok so I've been feeling weird, like I'll be happy then really really mad then like 5 minutes later I'll start to cry then I'll just feel nothing and it's been messing with me a lot and Ive been going to sleep at 7 in the afternoon then wakening up late

      I definitely relate on the happy then mad part. Irritability is a big part of anxiety. Unfortunately it's one of my worst symptoms, and sometimes it leads to me feeling guilty which leads to the crying for me. The biggest help I've found for myself is realizing that irritability is part of my anxiety and so I kind of have to treat as such. Take breaks from people, deep breaths, etc. I also try to remind myself that the anger is not me, it's a symptom.
