What's an alternative to meds

I don't know if it's legal in your state but cbd pens have helped me so much. I also got mine with calming essential oils and using both that and the coping mechanisms I've learned I can ward off most off my panic attacks. If that doesn't work I also take hydroxyzine (aka atarax) as needed which is non addictive and relatively cheap. It kind of just makes you sleepy and calm

I don't know. Inspirational people will be like "just yoga and stuff" but I don't have the patience for that. When I was most depressed, I found it helpful to draw. Draw happy thing and "people" that represented what I was going through at that moment. I would play music and not talk to anyone for hours. I would struggle to eat anything except for a packet of crackers and a whole bottle of only ice. But just draw. I doesnt matter if you're good or you like what you put down on the paper. Maybe you will like it an feel fulfilled inside. But yeah that's all I got. I don't take meds either because I can't afford them and I don't want to be addicted to something.
