Living with COPD: Struggling with Symptoms and Loss

hi my name is Vicky, I was diagnosed with COPD, asthma, obstructive lung defect, allergies, insomnia at times,high cholesterol. and depression/anxiety. I am 48 yrs old. lost my mom four yrs ago and dad three yrs ago. right now I experience some dizziness, when I eat anything other than shakes or smoothies I get very exhausted. even when I go outside I can't stay out long because it makes me sick. the last couple of days I've had a cough like your coughing up your lungs. and very tired they say the COPD is mild when I took it last year they didn't give me medicine for the COPD I do have a inhaler for my asthma that I use and I'm on oxygen night time. does anyone else with COPD experience any of these symptoms and what do you do to try and feel better without any specific medicine?
